| 摘 要： | 分形图像编码能获得很高的压缩比，但存在编码时间过长的缺点。本文根据离散余弦变换(DCT)能量集中的特性，提出一种基于DCT的快速分形图像编码方法。实验结果表明，该方法与传统的分形块编码方法相比，编码速度有很大提高，并能获得较高的峰值信噪比(PSNR)。

| Abstract: | High Compression Ratio can be achieved through fractal image coding. But the coding time of fractal image coding is too much. In this paper, a fast fractal image coding approach based on DCT is proposed according to the energy compaction property of DCT. The simulation results show that the coding speed of the new approach is much faster than the traditional fractal block coding approach. And high PSNR is achieved. |
