油品顺序输送管道用泵的选择

介绍顺序输送油品管道对泵的要求和所用泵的种类。长距离输油管道一般需要给油泵（设在首站）和主输油泵两种。主输油泵应设两台，当管道的压力降以沿程摩擦阻力为主时宜采用串联方式；以高程差为主时宜采用并联方式。选用泵必须兼顾不同输送介质的粘度和密度，并由此提出了确定泵扬程和流量的原则，确定泵流量的计算方法。对泵的调节提出了建议，对国产油泵提出了改进意见。

SELECTION OF PUMPS FOR SEQUENTIAL OIL TRANSPORTING PIPELINE

Demands of sequential oil transporting pipeline for pumps and their kinds were introduced. In general,a long distance oil transporting pipeline needs both feeding pumps(installed in the first pumping station) and main delivery pumps. Two sets of main oil delivery pumps should be necessary. When the pressure drop mainly caused by frictions along the pipeline, serial model is suitable, or the difference of elevations is the domain,parallel model will be preferably selected. In the selection of pumps, both viscosity and density of different transported media must be taken into account. The principles for determining both lift and flow of pump were put forward and the caculation method for pump flow was determined. Suggestions for pump adjusting and improvement of domestic pumps were also proposed.
