平行板波导微带阵列天线单元装配及总装技术

摘    要:平行板波导微带阵列天线阵面结构尺寸较大,对装配的要求很高,辐射单元安装和天线总装是天线制造中最关键的技术之一,文中主要就装配顺序、工艺手段和工装设计以及检测方式等方面进行了描述。

Abstract:Assembly of radiating elements and the whole antenna is one of the key techniques in antenna fabrication since the requirement on assembly is very severe owing to big size of the parallel plate waveguide microstrip array antenna. This paper mainly deals with several aspects, i.e. assembly sequence, means of processing, design of jigs and tools, and measurement methods etc.
