推动东北亚天然气能源供应体系的构建

东北亚地区天然气资源丰富且需求潜力巨大，其原始资源总量达283.1×10¹²m³，到2020年该地区天然气需求将达到3880×10⁸m³。研究认为，东北亚地区天然气能源供应体系必将应运而生，管道和LNG输运将是该地区天然气配送的主要形式，且以天然气管道输运为主。研究指出，构建东北亚地区天然气能源供应体系势在必行，并将在2020年初具规模。推动东北亚区域天然气能源体系建设与发展的重要力量是政府、企业与财团间的相互通力合作，该体系的建立将有利于促进这一区域经济与社会的繁荣。

TO PROMOTE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NATURAL GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM IN THE NORTHEAST ASIA

There is abundant natural gas resource, with its total quantity of 283.1 trillion billion cubic meters (BCM), in the area of Northeast Asia where the potential demand for gas is also great. It is studied that the natural gas supply system in Northeast Asia emerges as the times require, for which pipelining as the first choice and LNG transmission will be the main ways for the gas distribution within the region. It is resulted from study that it is imperative under the situation to construct the natural gas supply system which will be taken into shape to some degree by 2020. The mutual cooperation between governments, enterprises, and consortia will surely be backbone for the construction and development of gas supply system in Northeast Asia. The construction of the system will be helpful for promoting the development of regional economy and society.
