摘    要:高速数据采集技术是宽带模拟信号数据采集的关键技术,在现代仪器仪表等领域中得以广泛应用。本文介绍一种250MSPS数据采集存储卡及其与计算机接口电路的工作原理、设计原理、设计思想和实现方案。

Abstract:The technique of high speed data acquisition, which iscomprehensively applied in advanced measuring instrumentation, is a key part of wide band analog signal data acquisition. The article analyzes in detail the principle and the implementation of a 250 MSPS acquisition system. In this system, the scheme of multi channel synthesis is applied to implement high speed AD conversion with lower speed AD conversion, which effectively decreases the difficulty of the system implementation and enhances the system reliability. Moreover, the interface method of direct memory map is adopted to implement the data sharing between high speed data acquisition card and computer, realizing high speed data transmission from AD card to computer. Finally, the article analyzes the system performance theoretically.
