摘    要:通过对现有数控切割机加工能力的分析,结合单位生产实际需要,对数控切割机的有效切割长度进行加长;采用CCAP编程软件进行下料件的程序编制,减少生产时的辅助时间,提高生产效率,进而提高设备利用率。

Abstract:In the paper, by analyzing the ability of numerical control cutter, effective cutting length is extended with according to the requirement of production. The CCAP programming software is adopted for blanking piece so as to reduce the auxiliary time, improve production efficiency and then enhance utilization ratio of equipment.
