智能电网继电保护技术探讨

摘    要:在分析智能电网网络结构和特点的基础上,指出了传统电网继电保护与智能电网继电保护构成的区别。对智能电网继电保护构成的关键技术进行了阐述,提出了新的继电保护实现原理。重点分析了智能电网继电保护中必须考虑的3个问题:保护定值自适应,保护功能根据运行方式的变化做相应的调整以及引入环境条件对保护定值影响的考虑。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of smart grid,it figures out the differences of the construction between relay protection of smart grid and that of traditional power system.Meanwhile,it elaborates the key technology of relay protection of smart grid,and raises a new way to implement the protection principle.Three problems are taken into account in detail,which include self-adjusting of protection setting,self-adjusting of protection function in accordance with operation mode and the impact of environmental condition on setting protection value.
