摘    要:根据潘北煤矿A3煤层赋存条件和开采设计,11113综采工作面采用的分层铺网液压支架为ZZP6400/18/38。为适应支架特点及其安装要求,需要设计超大断面切眼,其高为3 m,宽为9 m。针对大断面切眼掘进及支护技术难题,提出实施了小断面导硐掘进、二次大断面刷扩成巷的掘进新方法,设计了锚网索、单体挑棚和木垛联合支护参数。现场监测结果表明,该方案应用能有效地控制大断面切眼围岩变形,保证了综采设备的顺利安装,实现了“三软”煤层复合顶板条件下大断面巷道安全快速掘进与支护。

Abstract:According to geological conditions of No.3 seam of group A and longwall panel layout in Panbei coal mine,the slice-net hydraulic support ZZP6400/18/38 was selected for the panel No.11113.In order to match with the support sizes and installment need,the section of open-off cut was designed with large sizes of three meters in height and nine meters in width.Aimed at the problems in tunneling and supporting for large section open-off cut,the twice tunneling method and integrated support technology have been put forward, designed and implemented.Namely, the tunneling method includes two steps, first step is to drift a small cross section pilot tunnel and second step is to excavate the full roadway. The supporting materials are composed of bolt, cable, wire-mesh, beam, prop, canopy and so on. And the main supporting parameters are designed and obtained based on theory analysis and in-situ observation. Engineering practice shows that the technical scheme of twice tunneling method and combined supporting technology have been proved reasonable and feasible for safely-rapid excavating and supporting in large section gateway with three-soft coal seam and composite roof. And it is commendably efficient in controlling deformation of surrounding rock during open-off cut excavating and ensuring installment of large size support.
