流平设备的温度专家PID控制系统

摘    要:流平设备在对喷涂完的工件进行流平时,唯有在温度严格控制的环境下,才能使工件上的漆面平整、光滑。现今流平设备,大多数采用的温度控制方法在控制平滑上以及精度上并不达标,所以针对这一现状,提出一种能平滑控制、容易实现、精度高的温度控制方案变得尤为关键。该文提出通过专家PID温度控制方案实现流平设备的温度控制,并与常用的温度位控制以及常规PID温度控制进行比较,从而得出各控制方案的优缺点。通过使用专家PID温度控制,对流平设备内的温度实现平滑、高精度、快速整定的控制。

Abstract:When the leveling equipment is used to dry and flow the finished work-piece at ordinary times. Only under the strict control of temperature can the surface of the work-piece be smooth. In the current leveling equipment,most of the temperature control methods are not up to standard in terms of control smoothness and accuracy. Therefore,it is particularly critical to put forward a temperature control scheme that is smooth and easy to achieve with high precision. In this paper,it is proposed to realize the temperature control of leveling equipment through the expert PID temperature control scheme and compare it with the temperature level control of most current ac contactors and the conventional PID temperature control,so as to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of each control scheme. By using the expert PID temperature control,the temperature in the equipment can be adjusted smoothly,accurately and quickly.
