基于OPC技术垃圾焚烧数据采集系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对光大环保项目公司在垃圾焚烧过程中实时数据的采集问题,提出并开发了基于OPC接口技术的数据采集系统。该系统采用面向对象的程序设计理念,能同时访问多个OPC服务器进行数据采集,并提供COM接口、共享内存技术以及匿名管道的通讯方式给优化控制程序、人机界面以及后台历史服务程序使用。该系统在现场运行过程中可以为垃圾焚烧的整个流程提供高效可靠的信息传输,在很大程度上解放了现场专工的劳动力。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of real-time data collection in the process of waste incineration in Everbright Environmental Protection Project Company,a data collection system based on OPC interface technology is proposed and developed. The system adopts an object-oriented programming concept,which can simultaneously access multiple OPC servers for data collection,and provides COM interface,shared memory technology and anonymous pipeline communication methods for optimal control program,man-machine interface,and background history service program. The system can provide efficient and reliable information transmission for the whole process of waste incineration in the process of on-site operation,which to a large extent liberates the labor force of on-site specialized workers.
