PLC和现场总线的锅炉控制系统分析

锅炉是工业生产中的重要设备,很多运行多年的中小型锅炉控制系统都存在着运行效率低、成本高以及缺乏稳定性等问题。因此,提出了一种PLC、WinCC组态软件构建的锅炉控制系统,其中PLC与上位机采用现场总线连接方案,实现了锅炉的全自动化控制。

Analysis of Boiler Control System Based on PLC and Fieldbus

Boiler is an important equipment in industrial production. Many small and medium-sized boiler control systems that have been running for many years have problems such as low efficiency,high cost and lack of stability. Therefore,a kind of boiler control system based on PLC and WinCC configuration software is proposed,in which PLC and upper computer are connected by Fieldbus to realize the full automatic control of boiler.
