摘    要:在软土地区中,邻近建筑物的存在将对深基坑变形产生较为显著的影响。结合具体深基坑工程实例,针对邻近建筑物对深基坑变形所产生的影响进行深入分析,并与实测结果进行对比验证,从而对基坑邻近建筑物对其变形所产生的影响有了较为深入的理解。邻近建筑物的存在不仅将导致邻近一侧围护结构的水平位移及坑外地表沉降增大,还将使得邻近建筑物一侧的坑外表沉降曲线分布型式由凹槽型转变为三角型分布,且最大沉降点发生在围护墙后,但建筑物的存在却减小了坑外地表沉降分布范围。

Abstract:In soft ground, the impact of the adjacent building on the deformation of deep excavation is significant. Combined with the specific project of deep excavation, a deep analysis of the impact of the adjacent buildings on the deformation of deep excavation is conducted, using the finite element method and compared with the measured results. Through the analysis above, the impact of the adjacent buildings on the deformation of deep excavation is understood in-depth. The presence of nearby buildings will not only lead to the increase of horizontal displacement of retaining wall and the settlement of ground surface which is close to the building, but also make the distribution patterns of the settlement of ground surface change from the groove type into the triangular type which the maximum settlement occurred behind the retaining wall. Even so, the presence of nearby buildings reduces the distribution range of the ground surface settlement.
