锌缺乏与过量的体外致畸效应研究

摘    要:采用大鼠胚胎中脑细胞和肢芽细胞体外微团培养法,研究锌缺乏与过量的致畸性及锌对维生素A致畸作用的影响。结果表明,缺乏锌对中脑细胞和肢芽细胞的分化无特异性抑制作用。缺锌的致畸作用可能是细胞增殖受到抑制而引起的非特异性致畸作用。锌过量既有特异性又有非特异性致畸作用,但高剂量时主要表现为非特异性作用。维生素A的致畸性因加入高剂量锌而加强。

Abstract:The teratogensis of Zinc-deficiency and Zinc-excess was studied using the method of micromass culture with rat embryo midbrain and limb bud cells. The results showed that Zinc-deficiency could not specifically inhibit the differentiation of rat midbrain or limb bud cells, maybe the teratogenicity of it resulted from cell survival being inhibited and be nonspecific. Zinc-excess has both specific and nonspecific teratogenicity. At the high concentration it is mainly nonspecific effect and the teratogenicity of Vit A is enhanced.
