聚醚季铵盐(PECH-NNDMA)的合成与表征

摘    要:以聚环氧氯丙烷为原料,用N,N-二甲基苯胺作季铵化试剂,合成了一种新型聚醚季铵盐(PECH-NNDMA)。考察了反应时间、反应温度和反应物配比对聚环氧氯丙烷接枝率的影响;用红外光谱和元素分析仪对聚醚季铵盐结构进行了表征。较佳工艺条件为:反应时间7h,反应温度70℃,n(PECH):n(NNDMA)为1:5。

Abstract:A new polyether quaternary ammonium salt(PECH-NNDMA) was synthesized using polyepichlorohydrin(PECH) as the raw material, N, N-dimethylaniline as the quaternary ammonium reagent. The influence of reaction time, reaction temperature and reactant mixture ratio on the grafting ratio of PECH was investigated. The structure of the PECH-NNDMA was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR) and element analysis(EA). The optimal process conditions are as follows: the reaction time is 7h, the reaction temperature is 70℃, n(PECH):n(NNDMA)=1:5.
