摘    要:耐火纤维作为一种先进的耐火材料,在加热炉上的运用比传统的耐火材料有着显著的优点,能大幅度延长加热炉炉衬的使用寿命,减少加热炉的热损失,缩短加热炉的检修时间,提高炉子的生产率.

Abstract:As a kind of advanced materials and technology, the monolithic assembly of high temperature refractory fiber, which was applied on the healing furnace, had obvious advantages comparing to furnace with traditional refractory material. It could greatly prolong lining of the industrial furnace's lifetime, reduce the heat loss, shorten the examination and repair time, and increase the furnace productivity.
