兼容生产棒材、角钢、槽钢的生产线设备配置特点

昆钢红河型钢生产线是一条既能生产圆钢、螺纹钢又能生产角钢、槽钢的全连轧生产线。生产过程中,角钢、槽钢翘头翘尾甚至是扭转变形现象较为普遍,所以相对普通棒材生产线,本生产线对冷床区设备、冷剪、以及后续的离线矫直设备等提出了更高的要求。本文主要介绍了生产线工艺设备配置特点,说明设备的设计思路,以满足兼容三种产品的生产需要,为其他厂提供了设计经验。

The section production line of Kunmming Iron＆amp;Steel Holding Co ., Ltd.Is a full continu-ous rolling production line that can produce round steel , screw thread steel ,angle steel and channel steel.Head cocked tail and even torsion deformation are relatively common in the production process of angle steel and channel steel , and so relatively compared with an ordinary steel bar production line the higher requirements are put forward for the cooling bed equipment , cold shear ,and off-line sub-sequent straightening equipment etc of the section production line .
