冻土区油气管道保温技术现状

摘    要:在国内外油气管道建设中,部分管道要穿越冻土区,对管道保温技术提出了更高的要求。国内在这方面的研究工作与国外相比,存在较大差距。文章以漠河-大庆段原油管道为例,介绍了国内保温管道预制和补口技术;以阿拉斯加原油管道为例,介绍了国外架空和埋地管道保温技术;从保温材料和生产线、保温热力学分析和软件开发等方面介绍了国外保温技术的新进展;最后着重分析了管道补口施工过程中存在的问题,提出了改进建议。

Current Status of Thermal Insulation Technology of Oil and Gas Pipelines in Permafrost Regions

Abstract:In oil and gas pipelines construction, a part of pipelines cross permafrost regions, which need higher thermal insulation technology. There is considerable disparity between China and foreign countries in this research field. This paper introduces the technology of domestic thermal insulated pipe prefabrication and field joint coating by taking Mohe-Daqing Crude Oil Pipeline as an example; the foreign insulation technology of supported and buried thermal pipelines by taking Trans-Alaska Pipeline System as an example; the new foreign thermal insulation technology development in aspects of materials, production line, thermodynamics analysis and software development. Finnaly it analyzes the problems existing in field joint construction and brings forward improvement suggestions.
