天然气净化厂放空系统设计与应用

摘    要:为做好天然气净化厂放空系统的设计工作,首先根据规范确定净化厂天然气放空量,依据放空量计算出火炬筒出口直径和火炬筒高度;同时,利用Unisim Flare软件对全厂放空系统管网进行水力计算,确定放空系统管径,利用CAESARII软件对放空管道进行了应力分析,通过应力补偿和管道支吊架的设置减少放空管道的振动和摩擦,确定放空系统管道安装方式。该放空系统设计成果在靖边气田30亿m3/a规模的天然气净化厂的设计中采用,经现场运行,放空系统运行稳定,满足生产需要。

Abstract:In the design of venting system of natural gas purification plant, the natural gas venting rate need determining according to relevant standard at first, and the flare cylinder diameter and height are calculated based on the rate of venting gas. Meanwhile, the sofeware Unisim Flare is utilized for hydraulic calculation of whole plant vent system pipeline network to determine the diameter of the venting system, and the software CAESAR II is used for venting pipe stress analysis to reduce vibration and friction of the venting pipeline by stress compensation and setting pipe hangers and supports, so as to determine venting system pipeline installation way. The result of venting system design is used in the design of 30 ×108 m3/a Natural Gas Purification Plant Project of Jingbian Gas Field. The field operation shows that the venting system runs stably and meets production needs.
