川气东送压缩机干气密封增压加热橇设计

摘    要:离心式压缩机在调试、投产初期或放空后重新启动时,必须依托外部气源建立干气密封所需要的工作压差。通过在压缩机进出口之间设置增压加热橇,将压缩机出口的天然气进行增压加热后,引入干气密封进口,可满足干气密封的工作条件。为确保增压加热橇安全高效运行,设计一套完善的监控系统监测过滤器压差、增压泵排气压力、电加热器入口流量和出口温度,对其进行联锁保护是非常必要的。文章以川气东送管道利川压气站为例,介绍了增压加热橇的组成、工艺流程和监控系统设计情况。

Abstract:In debugging, commissioning and rebooting after gas blowoff of a centrifugal compressor, the external gas source must be needed to set up the operation pressure difference for dry gas seal. It can satisfy the operation condition of dry gas seal to set up a boosting and heating skid between the inlet and outlet of the compressor for boosting and heating natural gas from the outlet then gas flowing into the dry seal inlet. To ensure safe and high efficient operation of the skid, designing a set of consummate monitoring system is necessary, which is able to perform interlock protection by monitoring and control the pressure difference of the inlet filter, the vent pressure of the boosting pump, the inlet flux and the outlet temperature of the electrical heater. The composition, the design of process flow and monitoring and control system of the boosting and heating skid are illustrated in this paper by taking Lichuan Compressor Station of Sichuan-East Gas Pipeline for example.
