| 摘 要： | 循环经济是通过自然资源的低投入、高利用和废弃物的低排放,使经济活动按照自然生态系统的规律,重构物质循环流动过程,其本质是一种生态经济,是对传统线性经济的革命。循环经济是实现资源型城市持续发展的有效途径。本文首次提出资源型城市循环由物质循环和非物质循环构成,分析了实现循环的主体,并对物质循环和非物质循环的循环机理进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Recycle economy,as a kind of ecological economy,transforms the traditional linear economy by making the economy activity reconstruct the course of material circulation according to the law of natural ecology system through less investment and efficient utilization of natural resources,and less emission of wastes.It is thought as an effective method for the sustainable development of resources cities.This paper points out for the first time that the cycles of resources cities consist of material and non-material cycles.The principal cyclic part are analyzed,cyclic mechanism of the material and non-material cycles are discussed in this paper as well. |
