摘    要:塑性加工是历史最为悠久的制造方式之一。当前,既充满发展的机遇,又面临以高新技术改造传统技术的严峻挑战。近二三十年来精密成形技术在国内外得到迅速发展。在简述精密锻造和冲压成形技术进展的基础上,分析新世纪对塑性加工技术的基本要求及发展趋势,提出需要加快塑性加工从经验向科学化转化的进程,做到更精、更省、更净。

Abstract:The technology of plastical processing is one of the age-old manufacturing processes. It has been developed rapidly in recent 20 to 30 years in China as well as abroad. Entering into 21st century, there are not only the developing possibilities, but also the severe challenge innovating on the traditional processing with hi-techniques. On the basis of a brief introduction to the advances in precision forging and stamping technology, this paper discusses the requirements and the development trends to accelerate the innovation of plastical processing technology from experiential or "trial-and-error" art to scientific or science-oriented technology in order to achieve the processes with more precision, more economy and more "green", by means of computer simulation, AI & KBE, overall optimization of processes, rapid analysis and evaluation for producibility, flexibility and combination of processing technology, etc..
