| 摘 要： | 通信类高职院校应围绕职业岗位核心能力,实施技能应用型人才培养这一目标。需要建立科学、合理的教学考核评价机制与配套机制,创新评价考核评价模式,探索有效考核评价策略,深化教学改革,优化人才培养途径,确保人才质量规格。

| Abstract: | Communication higher vocational colleges should center on job core competence to implement the target of training talents with application skills.We should build a scientific and reasonable examination and evaluation mechanism and the related mechanisms,innovate the evaluation mode,explore effective strategies,deepen teaching reform and optimize talents training approaches to ensure the talents quality. |
