固体消泡剂在鄂尔多斯盆地靖边气田的试验与效果评价

摘    要:随着靖边气田的持续开发,泡沫排水采气工艺已成为保障气田产水气井连续稳定生产的有效措施,消泡问题则是关键难题。为此,在分析气田泡排现状、现有消泡工艺优缺点的基础上,研制出了一种固体消泡剂,并在多口气井开展了现场试验。结果表明:装置运行稳定,能够满足产水量小于5 m3/d气井的消泡需要,加装药剂周期可为10~14 d,每次加注2根;破泡时间小于30 s,抑泡高度小于300 mL;固体消泡装置安装在采气树管组至集气站间采气管线上的地面装置内,消泡距离长,相比液体消泡工艺更为简便、快捷;固体消泡工艺的消泡成本只占液体消泡成本的一半,是一种低成本高效率的消泡工艺。这也扩大了泡沫助排工艺技术的应用范围,为气田中后期产水气井合理开发提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:With the sustainable development of the Jingbian Gas Field, Ordos Basin, foam drainage gas production has become an effective measure for continuous and stable production of this field. However, defoaming is a key challenge to meet. Therefore, according to the analysis of such situation at present in gas fields as well as advantages & disadvantages of the existing defoaming technology, a solid defoamer is developed and field tests are conducted in multiple gas wells. The results indicate that; (1) the unit operates stably and can meet the defoaming requirements of gas wells with water yield of less than 5 m3/d; (2) the chemical adding period ranges in 10 ~ 14 d, and two stalks of antifoaming agents are subject to injection each time, the defoaming time is less than 30 s, and the foam inhibiting height is lower than 300 mL; (3) a solid foam breaker is installed on the surface device on the flow line from a Christmas tree pipe network to gas gathering stations, so the defoaming distance becomes long; (4) compared to the liquid defoaming technology, the solid defoaming is simpler, quicker and more cost effective with only half of the total cost needed, which not only expands the application scope of the foam cleanup technology but provides technical support for the rational development of gas water production wells in mid and late period in the gas field.
