压缩机曲轴的有限元分析

摘    要:曲轴是往复活塞压缩机重要的零件之一。对其进行静力分析和模态分析是十分必要的。利用UG软件建立曲轴的实体模型,然后导入ANSYS进行静力分析,得到其应力分布云图和变形分布云图,满足强度和刚度要求。利用ANSYS对曲轴进行模态分析,利用BLOCK LANCZOS方法进行模态计算,得到曲轴的前6阶固有频率及其对应的振型,对曲轴的设计、制造及维修有理论指导意义。

Abstract:Crankshaft was main part of reciprocating piston compressor. It was necessary to have static analysis and model analysis on it. The entity model was constructed by UG software, then was imported to ANSYS software to have static analysis, the stress distribution figure and deformation figure was acquired, satisfying strength and stiffness need. The model analysis was by ANSYS basing on BLOCK LANCZOS method, the six natural frequency and mode shape were achieved, offering theory conduct for design, manufacture and repair.
