| 摘 要： | 地面广场式地下大空间建筑的防火分区若按建筑设计防火规范设置防火墙或防火卷帘,导致防火分区数和安全出口较多,破坏了地面广场的完整使用功能。为满足地面广场的使用功能和建筑防火要求,以东方红广场地下商城为例,对地面广场式大空间地下建筑防火分区划分方法进行了分析,提出了设置连通室外的防火间隔区的防火分区划分新方案,将防火分区的最大建筑面积由原规范最大不超过2000m2扩大到最大不超过5000m2,安全疏散出口由原来的28个缩减到16个;同时在防火间隔区部位设置了独立的防排烟系统、自动喷水灭火系统及火灾报警系统三个辅助系统,保证防火间隔区的阻火功能,为地面广场式大空间地下建筑防火分区的设置提供新思路。
