涡流纺纱线性能分析

摘    要:研究涡流纺成纱性能.采用相同熟条纺制了CJ 20 tex涡流纺纱线、传统环锭纺纱线、紧密纺纱线和喷气纺纱线,通过分析对比了这4种纱的成纱结构、毛羽、耐磨性及强伸性能,认为涡流纱成纱强力虽低于紧密纺纱线和传统环锭纱,但强力不匀较好,毛羽大幅度降低,耐磨性能很好,抗起毛起球性能好.

Abstract:Property of vortex spun yarn was analysed.Same draw sliver were adopted to spin CJ 20 tex vortex spun yarn,traditional ring yarn,compact spinning yarn and air-jet spinning yarn.Through analysing and contrasting the four kinds yarn structure,hairiness,abrasion resistance,strength and elongation,it is considered that strength of vortex spinning yarn is lower than that of compact yarn and traditional ring yarn,but strength unevenness is better,hairiness is reduced greatly,abrasion resistance is better,anti-pil...
