FCC再生烟气的脱硫助剂研究进展

摘    要:大气污染是本世纪全球最重要的环境问题之一,硫氧化物是形成酸雨、酸雾的主要物质,如何有效地控制SOx的排放是环保工作的重要课题。本文概括地介绍目前催化法脱硫的基石原理,De-SOx助剂的性能基本要求以及目前主要的制备方法,重点对FCC系统再生烟气中的SOx催化脱除方法研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:Sulfur dioxide is one of the atmosphere pollutants, which can result in the formation of the sulfur-type acid rain and fog. How to control The SOx emission is an important subject to the environment protection scientists. De-SOx catalyst additive technology is the most economical and effective approach for reducing SOx emissions from Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) Units. The principles of controlling SOx endssion with catalytic method and performance of De-SOx additives are presented in this paper, and some chief preparation methods are also reviewed. Development of De-SOx technology and De-SOx additives in The FCC regenerator are discussed.
