电气石处理重金属离子废水实验研究

摘    要:研究了处理重金属离子溶液时电气石用量、溶液pH值、反应时间、溶液初始浓度对重金属离子去除率的影响,结果表明,在电气石用量2g、pH值为6、反应时间50min、溶液初始浓度1mmol/L条件下处理效果最佳,重金属离子Cu2+、Pb2+、Cd2+去除率分别为97.5%、94.6%、95.3%,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The effects of tourmaline dosage,pH value of solution,reaction time and initial solution concentration on the heavy metal ion removing rate were discussed.The results indicated that the optimum conditions for the treatment of heavy metal with tourmaline were the tourmaline dosage 2 g,pH value 6,reaction time 50 min and initial solution concentration 1 mmol/L.The removal rates of heavy metal Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+were 97.5%,94.6%,95.3%,respectively,and good results were obtained.
