摘    要:桥吊、龙门吊和集卡是集装箱港口装卸搬运作业的主要设备,传统研究通常对这3种设备的作业根据优先级别进行优化,所得方案往往不具有可操作性。考虑3种设备之间的协调调度机理,提出集成桥吊、龙门吊和集卡的全自由度调度问题并建立混合整数规划模型。通过仿真分析,得到桥吊、龙门吊和集卡在不同数量组合下的任务排序与作业时间安排,为集装箱港口关键作业资源协调配置与调度提供基础模型。

Abstract:Quay crane,yard crane and yard truck are primary equipments for the loading,unloading and transport operations in container terminals.The traditional approaches assume their priority for scheduling optimization so that the proposed models are less practical in practical applications.In this paper,we considered the coordinative scheduling mechanisms among the three types of devices,a full freedom optimization problem for integrated quay crane,yard crane and yard truck are studied,and a mixed integer programming model is built.By simulation,the sequencing and operating time of tasks in different combinations of quay cranes,yard cranes and yard trucks are analyzed.The study provides a basic model to coordinate the allocation and dispatch of critical operating resources in container terminals.
