电磁力式光纤光栅直流大电流传感技术研究

摘    要:直流大电流的计量在电镀、电冶、电池、电气机车等领域占有重要地位。介绍了电磁力式光纤光栅电流传感的原理,设计了基于光纤光栅的大电流传感器结构,借助光纤光栅直流大电流传感实验平台,在直流电流(0~500~0A,步进50A)激励下,光纤光栅传感器的中心波长偏移855.2pm,电流敏感度为34.1pm/(100A)2,试验结果表明该方法可以进行直流大电流的测量。

Abstract:Current sensors play an important role in the power industry.Fiber bragg grating huge current sensor is developed based on electromagnetic force.The principle of electromagnetic force is described.The structure of fiber bragg grating huge current sensor has designed.Huge current Experiments are carried out with the experiment system of FBG current sensor.The demodulation range of fiber bragg grating center wavelength is 0~855.149 pm wavelength shift when DC(0~500~0 A,step 50 A) current were inflicted with the good repeatability,The measurement sensitivity was 34.1 pm/(100 A)2.The results are in agreement with the principle and indicate that the proposed sensor is capable of measuring dc current.
