摘    要:针对不同轴载对半刚性基层沥青路面的潜在破坏能力问题,提出一种根据不同轴载作用下路面力学响应为标准的路面破坏分级方法。该方法应用弹性层状体系理论分析了不同轴载作用下的半刚性基层沥青路面力学特性,通过计算沥青层的抗剪强度、半刚性基层的拉应力和各结构层的压应力,并与标准轴载作用下结构层力学特性进行了比较,辅以各结构层的设计允许应力值,得到不同轴载作用下的路面破坏潜力表。通过对某公路安徽段实测数据的分析表明,该方法可以有效地实现不同轴载对半刚性基层沥青路面的潜在破坏能力分析。

Abstract:Aiming to solve the problem of analyzing the potential destructive of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement under different axle loads,an classification method with mechanical response of the pavement surface is proposed.It used elastic layer system theory to analyse the mechanical property of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement under differernt axle loads.Through calculating the resistance to shear of asphalt surface coat,tensile stresses of the semi-rigid base,compressive stresses of every layer,made a comparison to the standard axle load,also supplemented by design stresses of each layer of the pavement,a classification table of highway pavement potential destruction is obtained.After a test of one highway of Anhui province’s sample date,this method is superior to others in analyzing the potential destruction of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement under different axle loads.
