摘    要:4-氨基丁酸为原料,通过保护、活化、还原、脱保护得到标题化合物,总收率为68%.

Abstract:4-Aminobutan-1-ol was prepared from 4-aminobutyric acid by protection of the amino group and then by activation and reduction of the acid group,and followed by deprotection of the amino group.The overall product yield was 68%.
