| 摘 要： | 三里坪水电站右岸河湾地块存在水库蓄水后向下游渗漏的可能。通过对渗漏地段水文地质条件的分析，确定了河湾地块各可疑渗漏地段的渗漏可能性，提出了防渗处理措施：对于大坝至石牌组隔水层之间天河板组下段的防渗处理，应将坝肩防渗段向上游延伸，并与石牌组页岩相接；而对石牌组隔水岩组分布地段，特别是对强卸荷岩体区出现的岩体透水性明显增大的三角地带，尤其是大坝帷幕延伸段端头部位，防渗帷幕要与新鲜完整的石牌组页岩相接才能保证帷幕封闭的有效性。
