| 摘 要： | 中国石化润滑油济南分公司采取和利时MACS V4.5.1软件自行开发与引进球扫线技术相结合的方式,设计了一套完整的控制系统,但在使用过程中发现一些安全隐患,于是对自保联锁系统进行完善,运行表明,该系统及时可靠,有效地避免了事故的发生。

| Abstract: | A complete control system was designed by Ji'nan Branch,Lubricant Company,Sinopec Corp.,based on the combination technology of HOLLiAS MACS V4.5.1 software and ball-sweep pipeline.Some safety problems were found during use,so the self-protect and interlock system was improved.The result showed that the system is timely and reliable in the running process,some accidents can be affectively avoided. |
