摘    要:采用SO42-/ZrO2型固体超强酸为催化剂,以油酸和季戊四醇为原料在高温下合成了季戊四醇油酸酯(PETO),确定了最佳试验工艺条件。摩擦试验结果表明,与150SN和A51相比,合成的PETO具有良好的润滑性能。将PETO与防锈剂T705进行复配,通过盐雾箱试验和电化学方法研究了其防锈性,结果表明PETO以适当比例与T705复配使用,可以有效提高T705防锈性能,是一种优良的防锈助剂。

Abstract:Pentaerythritol oleate(PETO) was synthesized by esterification of pentaerythritol and oleic acid using SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2 solid superacid as catalyst.PETO has excellent lubricating performance compared to commercial oil products of 150SN and A51 in friction tester experiments.PETO was combined with T705 to be used as antirust additive.The results of salt-spray and electrochemistry experiments indicated that PETO is a good co-antirust additive,which can improve the antirust performance of T705 distinctly in pro...
