水泥矿物组成与韧性的灰色关联分析

摘    要:开裂是影响混凝土结构耐久性能的重要因素。改善水泥石的韧性,有利于提高混凝土的抗裂性能。试验研究了不同品种硅酸盐水泥的韧性,利用灰色关联方法,分析了水泥矿物组成与韧性间的主次相关性。结果表明,C2S含量对水泥石韧性的影响最大,C3S和C3A含量的影响程度居中,C4AF含量的影响最小;适当增加硅酸盐水泥中C2S的含量、控制C3S和C3A的含量,有利于提高水泥石的韧性。

Abstract:Cracking is a vital factor affecting durability of concrete.The improvement of cement toughness is beneficial to crack resistance of concrete.Theory of grey relational analysis is used to study the correlation between mineral composition and cement toughness of different types of Portland cement.The results show that the content of C2S has the largest influence on the toughness of cement,and the content of C3S and C3A has a medium influence,and the content of C4AF has a minimum influence.The toughness of ce...
