| 摘 要： | 随着润滑油终端消费市场的需求量日益增加,各润滑油生产企业为提高生产效率、提升产品质量、增强盈利能力,纷纷大力发展润滑油调合业务,近年来,现代化润滑油调合厂不断涌现。文章结合中国石油华东润滑油厂的设计经验,对同步计量调合与管道在线调合进行了技术对比和适应性分析,对辅助调合设施如罐式批量调合设备、脉冲搅拌设施和通球系统等进行了介绍,并对配套设施、储存系统、加热方案、物料运输方案等多个方面进行了归纳和探讨。
