港区控制性详细规划编制内容简述

〗《港口法》实施后，修编的港口总体规划和编制的布局规划大部分已完成并得到批复。但在实施过程中，总体规划存在难以指导具体建设的问题。各港口主管部门急切需要编制具体指导港区建设的控制性详细规划。但如何编制、规划应包含哪些内容、重点是什么，是一个尚待解决的问题。通过总结港口总体规划编制特点和城市控制性详细规划的编制要求，在考虑港口专业特点和港区规划基本要求后，提出了港区控制性详细规划应反映的主要内容。
