长距离穿越长江大堤顶管施工技术

顶管施工是一种新的施工方法，无须破坏地表即可完成地下管道敷设工作，在我国得到越来越广泛的应用。为了总结和积累顶管施工的经验，以某石化工程项目的长江取水工程为例，介绍了顶管施工工艺的选择方法、设计考虑因素及计算方法、施工工艺与布置要点，以及施工中遇到不同情况所采取的措施等。该工程施工顺利，施工过程和施工后的监测结果显示，没有发生坍塌和地面沉陷等问题，工程设计与施工方法合理。
