长江流域水文站网系统评价及发展建议

根据长江流域水文站网普查成果，首次对长江流域水文站网进行了系统的分析和评价。通过对水文站网发展历程、密度及分布、功能评价、站网目标评价等多个方面进行全面、深入、系统的分析和评价，摸清了长江流域水文站网的基本现状，总结了水文站网规划与建设中取得的成绩，也发现了存在的各类问题。在此基础上，针对今后长江流域水文站网的建设与发展，给出了科学的建议。
