南方丰水地区节水型社会建设特点初探

为研究解决南方丰水地区水生态与环境恶化的问题，选取了江苏、浙江、上海、福建、广东四省一市为研究对象，根据全国水资源综合规划基础数据及水资源公报数据，分析了四省一市的水资源及开发利用特点。在此基础上，归纳了南方丰水地区的节水型社会建设思路的3个特点，即：在节水型社会建设过程中，以水利现代化技术、设备为重要支撑、走精细化管理道路、完善排污许可制度。提出了该地区下一步开展节水型社会建设的建议。
