大掺量粉煤灰及塑钢纤维混凝土断裂性能研究

摘    要:断裂韧度是衡量大掺量粉煤灰混凝土断裂性能的重要参数,在粉煤灰混凝土中掺入纤维能够改善其脆性大和易开裂的缺点。利用三点弯曲梁试验,通过控制异型塑钢纤维体积率、灰胶比和水胶比3个参数,分别考察它们对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土断裂韧度的影响。研究表明,大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的断裂韧度随异型塑钢纤维体积率的增加而增大,随灰胶比、水胶比增大而减小。

Abstract:Fracture toughness is one of the important parameters to evaluate the concrete fracture properties.The incorporation of fiber in fly ash concrete solves the problems such as large brittleness and easy cracking.The influence of shaped PP fiber volume rate,water-cement ratio and fly ash-cement ratio on fracture toughness of concrete with large amount of fly ash was studied by three-point bending beam experiment.The research indicated that the fracture toughness of concrete with large amount of fly ash increas...
