| 摘 要： | 为了给招标人提供一个组合招标的选择模型，运用机制设计原理和组合招标理论，对建设工程组合招标机制设计进行了分析，给出了工程组合招标机制设计的基本假设前提，提出在此前提下工程组合招标机制设计的基本模型，并给出了模型的解。通过研究两个互补性标段的组合招标机制设计，分析了互补性对工程组合招标机制设计的影响，阐述了组合招标机制的最优设计问题。
