太阳能热水工程数据采集系统的研制

摘    要:针对国内太阳能热水工程在数据监测方面存在的缺陷与不足,设计一套太阳能热水工程数据采集系统.该系统采用STM32F103 VET6作为主控制芯片,嵌入μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统与FatFs文件系统,实现了数据高速采集、高精度计量、数据远程传输等功能.经过现场测试和验证,数据采集系统各项性能指标均达到了设计要求.目前,该技术已经投入实际使用,具有较好的应用和推广价值.

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of the domestic solar water heating project in the aspect of data monitoring,a solar water heating engineering data acquisition system is designed.The system uses STM32F103VET6 as the main control chip,and embeds μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system and FatFs file system to achieve the functions of data acquisition,data measurement,data remote transmission,data local stor age and so on.Through the field testing and verification,the performance indexes of the data acquisition system have reached the design requirements.At present,the technology has been put into practical use,which has a good application and promotion value.
