石墨烯在金属防护中的应用与展望

摘    要:石墨烯(类)材料作为明星材料,是诸多应用领域的研究热点。主要从两个方面综述了石墨烯材料在金属腐蚀防护中的应用研究现状,简要概述了单纯的石墨烯薄膜用于金属防护的发展历程,并对该防护手段的弊端进行了分析与讨论,得出石墨烯薄膜不适合直接覆于金属表面用于防腐蚀的结论。详细介绍了石墨烯复合防护涂层的制备方法与性能,针对将石墨烯类材料作为填料改性防护涂层的研究现状,概括了该防护手段的缺点与改进策略,即通过在氧化石墨烯表面进行分子(硅烷偶联剂、聚合物单体等)修饰和表面覆盖纳米粒子(纳米Si O2、Al2O3、Ti O2颗粒等),达到增强石墨烯材料与防护涂层之间的相容性的目的。在此基础上,提出了"主动防护"的概念,构想出一种以石墨烯材料为基础的新型缓蚀剂纳米存储器,同时提出石墨烯材料的深层防护机制仍亟待解决。最后,立足于整个石墨烯行业,从工业化应用的角度出发,对石墨烯防护技术进行了展望。

Abstract:Graphene-like materials as popular materials have been the research focus in many application fields. Research status of the application of graphene materials in metal corrosion protection was summarized in two aspects as follows. First, the development history and disadvantages of pure graphene films being applied to metal protection were briefly outlined. It was concluded that the graphene film could not be directly covered on metal surfaces for corrosion resistance. In addition, preparation methods and performance of the graphene-reinforced composite protective coatings were introduced in detail. The disadvantages and improvement strategy of this protective method were summarized based on the research status of protective coating modified by graphene-like materials as filler. The strategy was to strengthen compatibility between the graphene materials and the protective coatings by performing molecular (e.g. silane coupling agent and polymer monomer, etc.) modification on surfaces of the graphene-like materials or by coating with nanoparticles (nano-SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2 particles, etc.). On this basis, the concept of "active protection" was proposed and a new graphene material-based corrosion inhibitor nanocontainer was prospected. Meanwhile, it was pointed out that deep protection mechanism of graphene materials must be resolved. In the end, the prospect of graphene-involved protection technology was demonstrated from the perspective of industrial application based on the whole graphene industry.
