摘    要:本文对一台车用柴油机的进气系统的进气管长度、进气阻力以及排气阻力等主要参数进行了详细的研究。结果表明,一定长度的进气管可以获得最佳发动机综合性能,过长或没有进气管对发动机的性能都不利。研究结果还表明,进气阻力要比排气阻力对发动机性能的影响大。本研究的结果对发动机的优化匹配、进排气系统的参数选择以及故障诊断都具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The detailed investigations into the influence of length and diameter of intake duct and exhaust pipes on engine performances were obtained on a diesel engine with 4 cylinder and direct injection combustion system. The results showed that the engine could give its rating power only at the definite length of intake. When longer or shorter than that length, no benefit would come out. The experimental results illustrated that the effects of intake resistance on the engine performance were much more important than that of exhaust. The investigations provide a verification for choosing parameters of intake and exhaust, matching an engine with chassis and engine diagnosis.
