| 摘 要： | 宝钢1号高炉近几年采用低硅冶炼技术使铁水含硅量一直控制在0．26％－0．35％的较低水平，结合宝钢1号高炉生产操作指标，分析了高炉产量，燃料条件以及冶炼特点对低硅冶炼的影响，为高炉冶炼进一步降低铁水含硅量提供了思路。

| Abstract: | The low silicon hot metal smelting technique was applied to the No. 1 BF at Baosteel,and the silicon content of hot metal of No. 1 BF has been controlled within 0.26%-0.35%. Some factors influencing the silicon content of hot metal,such as productivity,material condition,BF operation and so on,were analysed according to the production indexes of No. 1 BF at Baosteel in this paper. |
