| 摘 要： | 分析了LOM技术的离散／堆积成型原理，设计了基于LOM原型的硅橡胶具工艺流程，开展了模具硅橡胶材料热硫化成型过程的数值模拟，并计算了一典型硅橡胶具有热硫化成型工艺参数，其计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。

| Abstract: | The subtractive/additive forming principle of laminated object manufacturing technology is analyzed, the rapid manufacturing process flow of silicone rubber mold based on LOM prototype is designed, the numerical simulation of hot vulcanization molding procedure of moldable silicone rubber is studied. The variables of hot vulcanization molding procedure of a typical silicone rubber mold are calculated, its results basically accord with the experimental results. |
