基于dsPIC的新型污水COD自动监测仪的研制

摘    要:为了实现污染源水质的自动监测,研制了基于dsPIC和ARM9的COD自动监测仪,该仪器的体系结构分为两大模块,以dsPIC33F芯片为中央处理器的系统控制模块,和以ARM9板预装WinCE系统的彩色触摸屏模块,两个模块之间采用Modbus通信方式。设计了dsPIC控制系统软件和嵌入式触摸屏的动态立体工艺流程图,提出了一元线形回归法建立电压值和COD值之间的关系。该仪器结构简单、可靠性好、通用性强,提高了污水COD监测的速度、精度和自动化程度。

Abstract:In order to achieve the automatic monitoring function of polluted water,a COD automatic monitoring system based on dsPIC and ARM9 was developed,which divides the hardware into two modules that are the system controlling module based on dsPIC chip,and the color touch screen module based on ARM9 with pre-installed WinCE system.The software design of dsPIC control system was finished,and the dynamic three-dimensional flow chart of embedded touch screen was designed.Unary linear regression which establishs the relationship between the voltage value and the COD value was proposed.The instrument has simple structure,good reliability and versatility,which can improve the speed of sewage COD monitoring,accuracy and automation.
