| Abstract: | The article bases on the side of the bidder＇s angels,at first the author introduces decision-making and important skills of bid,then gives examples and pointed out the importance of making use of bid skills in reason. In the bidding process,the bidder not only increases the bid hitting but also gains the most profit by combining the several skills. |
